IMPROVEMENT CREDIT COLLECTION SRL (ICC) was established in 2013 by BANCA TRANSILVANIA Financial Group as a provider of debt collection services, through extra-judicial proceedings and through court proceedings.
Since 2016 the Company’s registered office is in Cluj-Napoca and secondary office in Bucharest.
ICC’s offer to its clients is represented by all types of debt management and recoveries activities (collection of receivables in the amicable and/or legal phase, B2C, B2B).
The ICC company has managed to have a high level of professional qualification at the management level as well as in the execution staff, with experience in performing this kind of activities, imposing responsibility and professionalism, ethical solutions and adapted to the debtors’ needs, meeting all the quality and performance standards for the services offered.

ICC is registered at ANSPDCP as personal data operator no. 30538, according to the Law no. 677/2001. Also, ICC is registered at ANPC as a debt recovery entity in accordance with the provisions of OUG 52/2016.
